Wire Rope Sling

Heavy Duty, Multi-Purpose Lifting Solution

Our Wire Rope Sling is a versatile and robust lifting solution designed for heavy-duty applications.

Engineered for superior strength, durability, and safety, this wire rope sling is perfect for use in construction, industrial lifting, and transportation, where high load-bearing capacity is essential.

Whether used in a crane operation, hoisting materials, or rigging tasks, it ensures maximum performance and safety.

Key Features

Material

Constructed from high-quality steel wire, the wire rope is designed to provide optimal strength and resistance to wear. The steel composition offers exceptional tensile strength and flexibility for handling heavy loads with ease.

Construction Type

Available in 6x19 and 6x37 classifications, providing flexibility in load handling. Each rope configuration includes a core for added strength—IWRC (Independent Wire Rope Core) for superior performance or FC (Fiber Core) for flexibility and shock absorption.

Diameter

Ranging from 1/4” (6mm) to 2 1/2” (63.5mm) or custom sizes based on specific load requirements.

Load Capacity

Available with a working load limit (WLL) ranging from 1 ton to over 100 tons, depending on the rope diameter, construction, and length of the sling. Designed to meet industry standards for lifting and rigging applications.

Safety Factor

A 5:1 safety factor ensures that the wire rope sling can withstand up to five times the rated load limit, providing an additional margin of safety during lifting operations.

Coating

The wire rope sling can be supplied with optional protective coatings, including galvanized or polyester sleeves, to increase resistance against corrosion, abrasion, and environmental factors. Ideal for use in marine or harsh outdoor environments.

End Fittings

Each sling can be fitted with a range of end terminations, including sling hooks, shackles, eyes, or ferrules, depending on the required lifting configuration. Custom fittings are available to suit unique needs and applications.

Temperature Range

The wire rope sling is designed for operation in extreme temperatures, withstanding heat up to 250°F (120°C) and cold down to -40°F (-40°C), without compromising strength or flexibility.

Compliance

Manufactured in accordance with global lifting and safety standards, such as OSHA, ASME B30.9, and EN 13414-1. The slings undergo stringent testing to meet or exceed performance requirements.

Applications

Construction sites

Industrial lifting

Oil and gas rigs

Crane lifting operations

Marine and offshore platforms
